- We lay down all that is weighing us before you and we say welcome in this place
- We choose to rest in your presence
- Cleanse us,make us holy before you
- Prepare our hearts to intercede this morning;give us clean hands and clean hearts we pray
- Put a deeper hunger and thirst in our hearts Lord
Hear my prayer, Lord;
let my cry for help come to you.
2 Do not hide your face from me
when I am in distress.
Turn your ear to me;
when I call, answer me quickly.
- Hear the cries of our hearts those spoken and those unspoken
- Turn your face upon us
- Let your countenance shine brightly upon our hearts,minds and soul we ask
- You are a holy God,we worship you in the beauty of your holiness
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
- You are our instructor,teacher,counselor and you watch over us
- Make our hearts tender towards any big and small sin we pray
- Jealous,anger,spirit of competition,all the sins we rationalize we pray that you forgive us and make us holy just as you Lord are holy
- The spirit of holiness and righteousness will be deeply imparted in each of the interns we pray
- And that they will walk in this way in a greater way
- We cry out for a generation that will be a remnant and who will live in holiness we pray
- One that are pursuing spiritual maturity,holiness
- The young believers for a great impartation to hearing your voice
- Grow in confidence in hearing your voice and getting revelation from you
- We pray that you will continue raising disciplers after your own heart to mentor these young ones we ask
- We desire that you create in them a hunger that only you can satisfy,people who are sold out to you we pray
- Awaken them Lord to all that is available to them through Christ
- Saturate them with your presence,them that will run after your presence
- We pray that you discipline their time to seek your face in prayer and fasting
- That there is the spirit of competition,jealousy,pride among the spiritual leaders in this country
- That the spirit of repentance will come over each one of them in a mighty way
- We pray against the spirit of entertainment in the church but instead we pray that you raise men and women who call out your name out of a pure heart
- We crash this spirit of pride in a mighty way
- We pray for humility and servant-hood
- The focus will shift from the self-centredness and will instead focus in the greater picture of the great commission
- We come against the mentality that missions is for anybody else;but individuals will personalize the message of the great commission.Whether it is giving,praying for a specific people groups for years,mobilization etc
- Thank you for the many mission organizations that you are raising in Kenya we pray that you anoint them in a mighty way
- Give them new strategies on how to go about the mobilization and equipping
- That giving our lives into missions is not a waste of life but that it is an investment in your kingdom
- We ask for a change in their mindset that they see ministry as a waste,but we pray that you change their way of viewing things to your own
- Give parents a divine understanding of your ways we pray
- We ask for a greater unity among the churches ,mission agencies to take the gospel among the 19 unreached people groups in Kenya we pray
- That there will spiritual fruit among these 19 people groups we pray
