Psalms 67

1 May God be gracious to us and bless us
    and make his face shine on us
² so that your ways may be known on earth,
    your salvation among all nations.

³ May the peoples praise you, God;
    may all the peoples praise you.
⁴ May the nations be glad and sing for joy,
    for you rule the peoples with equity
    and guide the nations of the earth.
⁵ May the peoples praise you, God;
    may all the peoples praise you.

⁶ The land yields its harvest;
    God, our God, blesses us.
⁷ May God bless us still,
    so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.

• We thank you Jesus and we worship your Holy name

NORTH KOREA

• Lord we pray that you will bring all idol worship in these country down in Jesus name; that the name of Jesus will be lifted and glorified
• We know this is a very difficult country to live as a Christian; Lord we pray that you will strengthen the few believers, fill them with courage
• Lord we pray that you will unite these Christians with your Holy Spirit that they will exhort, pray for each other
• That their love for each other will attract other people to believing in Jesus Christ; as they are surrounded by such a great multitude of witnesses
• We also pray that this country will open itself to interacting with the whole world and through this you will send people as message bearers

Romans 15:21

²¹ Rather, as it is written: “Those who were not told about him will see, and those who have not heard will understand.”

• That they will see you and understand who you are in Jesus name
• We pray that you raise message bearers and send them to this country with your message from China, South Korea and even from Japan
• That through these people who are faithful to your call in their lives will be faithful to proclaiming your message for your glory
• Lord we pray that these message bearers will be people with stable relationship and stable emotions so as they will be able to serve amid great difficulties and challenges

Romans 1:25

²⁵ They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

• Lord may you open their eyes from the blinders satan has put in their eyes that they will not worship and serve created things rather than worshiping the creator

SOMALIA

• Lord won’t you glorify yourself in this war torn country?
• Won’t you glorify yourself through the pitiful situation in Somalia?
• Won’t you make yourself known oh Lord?
• We pray that  you will be glorified in this country in a mighty way
• We pray that there will be disillusionment with Islam, that the people will realize that Islam is a religion of manipulation and not a peaceful one
• Reveal yourself to even the leaders of the terrorist groups in this country and encounter them with your presence; through dreams, visions that they will know you are the true God
• Let them know that life is precious to you and that the bible says that them that live by the sword they will die by the sword

Matthew 26:52

⁵² “Put your sword back in its place,” Jesus said to him, “for all who draw the sword will die by the sword.

• We pray that you will convict them of sin and that you will change their hearts of stone to hearts of flesh that they will serve you and put their sinful lives aside
• We thank you for the Christian men that you are raising in this country; give them courage and strategy of preaching your word to their friends and relatives
• May you cleanse this land with your precious blood in Jesus name
• How great is our God-there is no one else like you Jesus and we lift your name on high in Somalia and north Korea
• Glorify yourself in these countries in Jesus name

2 Chronicles 16:9

⁹ For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. You have done a foolish thing, and from now on you will be at war.”

• Lord we thank you because you are changing these nations for your glory; may you bring a mighty harvest of souls to your kingdom in these countries in Jesus name

SAUDI ARABIA

• Let your Kingdom come let your will be done in this country as it is in heaven
• We pray for spiritual transformation that the people will love Jesus and glorify Him only in their lives
• That they will realize riches, fame, luxury do not satisfy the human soul; but Jesus does truly satisfy

Psalms 119:105

¹⁰⁵ Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

• Lord we pray that you reveal yourself to these people in a mighty way, speak to them through dreams and visions
• We pray and declare that this country will have religious freedom in Jesus name

Matthew 10:28

²⁸ Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

• We pray the few believers that are already there and the ones that are coming to faith with Jesus Christ, that they will not fear man but they will fear you Lord who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell

NUBIAN PEOPLE OF SUDAN

Colossians 2:7

⁷ rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

• That they will be people rooted in you and in your word
• We pray for leaders and missionaries in this country that Lord you grant them spiritual strength
• Teach them how to pray, how to call upon your name ooh Lord

John 5:19

¹⁹ Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.

• We pray that corporate prayer and intercession will be restored in this country even as you raise a prayer movement in this country
• We pray that you raise up leaders who will embrace brokenness and intimate relationship with you Jesus
• Those that will not be proud of their own righteousness because your word says that our righteousness is like filthy rugs before you Lord

Isaiah 63:6

All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away.

MESSAGE BEARERS

• We ask for message bearers who are clothed with the presence of the Lord, who wants  nothing but your love
• Those who hunger and thirst after you Jesus

Acts 4:29

²⁹ Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness.

• We pray that you shall equip the message bearers with the boldness given by the Holy Spirit
• Those who expresses dependence and confidence in God alone
• Those who will persevere amidst difficult situations and them that are functioning in the gifts of the Holy Spirit

Hebrews 11:24-40

²⁴ By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be known as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. ²⁵ He chose to be mistreated along with the people of God rather than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin.

²⁶ He regarded disgrace for the sake of Christ as of greater value than the treasures of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward. ²⁷ By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible.

²⁸ By faith he kept the Passover and the application of blood, so that the destroyer of the firstborn would not touch the firstborn of Israel.

²⁹ By faith the people passed through the Red Sea as on dry land; but when the Egyptians tried to do so, they were drowned.

³⁰ By faith the walls of Jericho fell, after the army had marched around them for seven days.

³¹ By faith the prostitute Rahab, because she welcomed the spies, was not killed with those who were disobedient.

³² And what more shall I say? I do not have time to tell about Gideon, Barak, Samson and Jephthah, about David and Samuel and the prophets, ³³ who through faith conquered kingdoms, administered justice, and gained what was promised; who shut the mouths of lions, ³⁴ quenched the fury of the flames, and escaped the edge of the sword; whose weakness was turned to strength; and who became powerful in battle and routed foreign armies.

³⁵ Women received back their dead, raised to life again. There were others who were tortured, refusing to be released so that they might gain an even better resurrection. ³⁶ Some faced jeers and flogging, and even chains and imprisonment. 

 ³⁷ They were put to death by stoning; they were sawed in two; they were killed by the sword. They went about in sheepskins and goatskins, destitute, persecuted and mistreated— ³⁸ the world was not worthy of them. They wandered in deserts and mountains, living in caves and in holes in the ground.

³⁹ These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised, ⁴⁰ since God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect.

• Lord let there be a new sitted loyalty to Jesus in our hearts
• There is a call to love Jesus in the midst of challenges or else believers all over the world will be discouraged and disappointed  because of all the hardships coming to the believers

PERSECUTED CHURCH OF THE WORLD

Revelation 12:11

11 They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.

• We will overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony   

Ephesians 3:16

¹⁶ I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,

• Lord we pray that you give  strength on the inside to all the believers in the world that are being persecuted for their resolve to follow Jesus
• We pray that courage and boldness will arise and that they will soar up on high like eagles

Isaiah 40:31

³¹ but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

• Lord we pray that the believers will not be held back but that with boldness they will proclaim what they believe even if it means to face death or otherwise
• We pray we as the believers will be found faithful before our God and saviour

John 12:24

²⁴ Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.

• That  the seed has to  fall to the ground and die; then that’s the only way it produces many seeds
• Believers should be willing to lay down their rights; Lord we ask for grace, faith will arise and that they will be willing to suffer for the sake of the gospel in whatever form the persecution may take
• Lord we pray that you increase our faith and give us a spirit of perseverance
• We pray that you equip the body of Christ with the spirit of wisdom, knowledge
• We pray that suffering and hardship will not discourage us but this will increase our faith in you Lord

TURKEY

• That in this country of 75million people there are only 4,000 Christians and that the government requires the identity cards of the citizens to include their religion that is Muslim or Christian
• This leads to outright persecution for Christians when they are searching for employment
• Lord we pray for these 4,000 followers of Jesus Christ, we pray for faithfulness, that they will not denounce their faith in you in the midst of persecution
• We know that we do not understand why you choose persecution to be thrust for church growth in the world, but them your word tells us your ways are not our ways, your thoughts are not our thoughts

Isaiah 55:8-9

8 for my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, “declares the Lord.
⁹ “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

• Lord even though we do not understand your ways; help us to align our hearts to what you are doing, that whether we live or die that your name will be glorified
• Strengthen our resolve to follow you in Jesus name we pray,amen

    where there is no water.

² I have seen you in the sanctuary
    and beheld your power and your glory.

KINGDOM OF SPAIN

• Thank you Jesus because you are the same God yesterday, today and forever more; you do not change

ABANDONED DEVOTION LIFESTYLE

Philippians 2:14-16

¹⁴ Do everything without grumbling or arguing, ¹⁵ so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky ¹⁶ as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain

• They be without blemish, but are pure before thee Lord
• Establish and mature them ooh God
• We pray that you will raise leaders and fill them with your Spirit and with unity
• Strengthen these leaders and revive them
• Help them to know the importance of communing with you and that they will not neglect  reading of your word and prayer

SPIRITUAL AWAKENING AND REVIVAL

Matthew 6:33

³³ But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

• That they will seek in you alone and that you promise all the other things will be added unto them
• That this is a community of gambling, sexual immorality and drug addiction
• Lord we pray and cry out for holiness and righteousness without which as your word clearly states without holiness no one will see God(Hebrews 12:14)
• Lord we pray that there will be freedom of sin in Jesus name

MESSAGE BEARERS

Acts 26:16

¹⁶ ‘Now get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen and will see of me.

• We pray that you will give these young people  the boldness to share your word in all truth
• Praying that they will be passionate and on fire for you
• Give them your knowledge and wisdom
• May they be men and women who understands the times

UNREACHED MUSLIMS OF PHILIPPINES

That the Muslims in this country are training young boys as young as 8years old how to kill those who are not of their religion

• Lord thank you because you are a God of peace

• Your word says that the kingdom of God belongs to them that are like children; blameless, humble  and have faith
