Matthew 6:31-33
31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
- We ask for change of priorities
- We ask that they will seek first your kingdom and your righteousness
- That they will not be worried for what they eat or drink because you say in your word that you care about them
- We pray for perseverance and strength to arise among the believers in Japan
- Let them not rely on their own understanding but lean on you
- Raise up a new generation that is zealous for your name and for your ways
- May they learn to walk in your ways
26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.
- We pray that the Japanese church will have an understanding that the earth and all in it is shaking but in you our lives are secure
- May they learn to anchor their lives in you Jesus
- We pray that you are going to strengthen the message bearers that you have sent throughout Japan
- We pray for fruit that remains in and through the Japanese church
- We pray that you raise a mission movement in Japan that is full of the Holy Spirit and the fire of God
- We ask for more and more of you Jesus
- Raise a prayer movement in Japan
- Teach them to pray for Japan and for the nations in the mighty name of Jesus
12 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
- Use their talents for the kingdom sake in the mighty name of Jesus
- Break off everything that entangles them so as they will run the race and finish well
- We pray that they will use their bodies as a living sacrifice holy and pleasing to God
- Help them to incorporate and carry their witness for Jesus Christ into the market place
- Crack open the shell of idol and ancestor worship
- Break off every shackles entangling them and loose them into your kingdom
- Your word says we should ask for the nations;we ask for Japan Jesus
- We ask for men and women into your kingdom,bring them in
- You say that every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord
- We ask for the Japanese scattered throughout we ask them into your kingdom in the mighty name of Jesus
