• Abandoned devotion lifestyle in South Africa(SA)

John 15:1-2

“I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. ² He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes^[a] so that it will be even more fruitful.

Lord that the young people and the church in SA will learn to abide in you so as they will bear more fruit in you. Pray that they experience nearness with you even as they spend time before you in deep scripture study, memorizing scripture and prayer. Lord teach them to spend more time before you and to learn to cling and abide in you for without you they can do nothing.

Matthew 5:6

6. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.

Lord may you increase their hunger and thirst of you and your ways so as you will fill them Lord. Satisfy them with yourself Lord; fill them with yourself in Jesus name. Cut them off of anything in their lives that does not bring glory to you, help them to say No to any cultural values that does not bring glory to your name and let them always to use the bible as their measuring standard.

Philippians 3:9-10

⁹ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in^[a] Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. ¹⁰ I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,

Lord that the hunger and thirst for you will cause them to be recklessly abandoned on you. Clarify truth and let the truth set them free. Praying for a spirit of revival at the Universities, colleges and student ministries, Lord set them on Spiritual fire, fresh fire we pray, more of your presence, contagious fire once again we ask. Shake the young people with your presence. Just like the Welsh revival may we develop the following;

• Strong habits of spiritual disciplines

Call of obedience to Holy Spirit, i.e. Prompt obedience to the still small voice of the holy spirit

Young believers to publicly confess of Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior

Motivation to spread the gospel to others

• New Message Bearers

We pray that the new message bearers you are raising give them the courage, help them to grasp your missionary heart and redirect many into missions and to pray for the unreached.

Lord we pray for the following barriers that you are going to help them overcome them. Lord we believe you are a God of second chances we silence any voices of condemnation who make young people feel disqualified. Set them free from money worries and let them know that you are their provider in Jesus name.
