Psalms 139:1-14
You have searched me, Lord,
    and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
    you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down;
    you are familiar with all my ways.
Before a word is on my tongue
    you, Lord, know it completely.
You hem me in behind and before,
    and you lay your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
    too lofty for me to attain.
Where can I go from your Spirit?
    Where can I flee from your presence?
  • Lord we thank you for taking care of us for the last 3 months. Thank you for your knowledge to us is so much; you know the very number of the hairs on our heads.
ABANDONED DEVOTION-GREAT BRITAIN (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Island)
  • We pray that the believers in the UK will not be ashamed of the gospel but will commit themselves to growing deeper and deeper with you in the basic spiritual disciplines like fasting and praying
  • We pray that young people who have turned to other religions will turn back to you and confess, ‘I belong to Jesus!’
  • Call forth people from the North, East, West and south, fill them with your knowledge and zeal. Lord let this not be a dying fad but the re-awakening will be for generations to generations
  • New movement after you, prayer will arise in the streets, in the shopping malls and even in schools.
  • We pray against any strongholds that stand in the way of people ;e.g. materialism and religious pluralism in Jesus name
  • May there be a conviction of sin, a hatred for sin, give a revelation of your righteousness and holiness
  • We pray that the churches will not water down the biblical truths so as to accommodate and attract huge crowds, but instead they will preach your word as it is and choose to live a holy lives and be light unto their societies for your glory
Joshua 24:15
15 But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”
SPIRITUAL AWAKENING
  • We ask for Welsh revivals again Lord, people like Wesley and Wilberforce who are going to fight for the cause of God’s name in this generation
  • Pour out your spirit in a mighty way and may the spirit of prayer be upon the old generation who are going to cry out to your name for the younger generation to turn back to your ways
  • We pray that the churches will become houses of prayer once more in Jesus name
  • Isaiah 1:18- Spirit of repentance to overtake the country, may they find forgiveness in you Lord
  • We ask that you let the dry bones in this country to live again. May your spirit bring them life in Jesus name. We pray that the church in the UK will not live in the past glory anymore but they shall seek to experience you once again
  • Raise up leaders filled with your spirit and who will stand the cause of Jesus, let there be more radicals in campuses for your name Lord
MESSAGE BEARERS
  • Stir the church to respond and hunger for more of you once again
  • Bring to remembrance to all  those young people who had commitment to your call to be message bearers
  • We pray against strongholds like materialism that are holding them back from arising in Jesus name
  • We pray that 10,000 long term message bearers will come forth from the UK in Jesus name

  • Unify the churches in this city, that they will portray you as you are Lord
