ABANDONED DEVOTION IN GHANA
- Lord we pray that the people in this country will be a people of one thing, that they will hunger and thirst after you, Lord help them to forsake all other things and to pursue you wholeheartedly
19 We know that we
are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil
one.
- Lord we pray that you will help them to entrust themselves into the father’s hands, that they surrender their lives to what they discern and see the Father doing amidst them
- Thank you because the Ghanaian church is a praying church, teach them more how to pray, take them to new levels of prayer; intercession with power
33 But seek first
his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as
well
- That they will seek first your kingdom and righteousness and that all the other things shall be added unto them.
- Thank you for the great things that you are doing in this country
- May you help the believers to confess their sins and to turn away from the sins
- May the fruits of the Holy Spirit be evidently seen in their lives
- May your presence and righteousness rain in a mighty way in these people’s lives, and that you will be enthroned in all areas of the society e.g. in the government, education ,communication etc
- Encounter them with yourself Lord, reveal yourself to them in a mighty way especially for unbelievers in college campuses we pray that you will encounter them in a mighty way
- Lord we know in this country finances are a huge barrier to those you are calling to go to the unreached. But we pray that you will supply for their needs
- We pray that you are going to raise over 5,000 message bearers from this country and that you will provide creative ideas to the mission organization leaders so as to see an ongoing financial sustenance in the message bearers being sent to the field
14 They will wage war
against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of
lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called chosen and faithful
followers.”
- Lord we pray that you are going to raise warriors full of integrity,are faithful in the relationship with you, full of humility, who will not seek fame but will choose to be a nameless and faceless generation but they will do exploits for your name
- Help us to understand and know that we are not warring against human beings but against evil forces of the devil so give us wisdom and knowledge to war according to the Holy Spirit
18 Then Jesus came
to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has
been given to me. 19 Therefore
go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father
and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have
commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
- Help the Ghanaian message bearers in the field to make disciples for you and not disciples for their denominations
- That they will teach the new believers to obey your commandments and that everything is all about you
- Lord we pray for the new message bearers that you are raising; as they obey you may you give them open doors to speak forth your word
- We pray that you will grant missionaries the grace, faith to contend with all the challenges they face
- We know this city is the business hub in India, bring a great shaking in the business sector for the sake of drawing men and women to yourself
- Teach the Indian believers in Mumbai to do business using biblical standards; and that if they do business God’s way, God will bless them
- Lord we pray for foundations of the city built on you
- Pour out your salvation and draw men,women,children from all walks of life
- Holy Spirit touch every corner of the city and draw them to repentance; we ask for dreams, visions about Jesus; miracles and signs and wonders
