ABANDONED DEVOTION IN RWANDA

Colossians 1:9-11
For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,
10 so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,
11 being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience,
  • We pray that you will give the believers in this country patience and long suffering with joy, strengthen their spiritual life in Jesus name
Isaiah 61:1-4
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,[a]
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
    instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
    instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
    a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.
  • Lord bestow on them the crown of beauty instead of ashes
  • The oil of joy instead of mourning and the garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair
  • Thank you for all that you are doing in the lives of believers in this country
  • We pray that you will help them to go back to their first love with you, they will go back to the place of prayer and worshiping you because this is where revival and renewal will come from
  • We pray that you will raise godly men and women who are spiritually mature who will disciple the young people that you are raising and show them the ways of the Lord
  • We also pray for the believers that you have placed in the government that you put in their hearts the willingness to govern the people in righteousness and in truth
MESSAGE BEARERS
  • Thank you because you are already hand picking and equipping 1000s and 1000s of young people in Rwanda
2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. You have done a foolish thing, and from now on you will be at war.”
  • Lord thank you because your eyes are looking to and fro and you know those that you are setting apart as your message bearers in the future.
  • Lord we pray that you will protect their spirits, minds, hearts from any distractions of the enemy who comes to steal, kill and destroy  and may you set them apart for your glory we ask
  • We want to believe these young people will go reaching the unreached unengaged people all over North Africa for your glory
  • Thank you for all the campus ministries whom you are using as a tool to prepare and raise up young people for your kingdom’s purposes; give them all the resources that they need to support message bearers both financially and emotionally
UNREACHED NATION OF SENEGAL
  • This is a nation with a total population of about 13million and has a 91% Muslim
  • We ask that this nation will come to know Jesus and His power. Reveal yourself to them through visions and dreams
  • Break the power and the barriers of Islam and make the believers to seize this opportunity to spread your word
  • Break the power of atheism, secularism, demonic connections and curses in Jesus name. We pray that you cut all these off and may you set your people free and loose all the chains in Jesus name
